The scope covered extensive structural storefront remediation, heavy drywall partition walling, precision acoustic ceiling installations, and full mechanical-electrical distribution coordination conforming to Woolworths Corporate Retail Specifications.

Operating inside a bustling regional shopping center, delivery logistics through congested service docks were tightly scheduled. The structural modification of the prominent mall-facing storefront required high-level staging while preserving clear pedestrian pathways for adjacent tenants. Noise mitigation and zero air pollution were strictly enforced by center management.
