The brief demanded heavy solid timber cabinetry, integrated commercial refrigeration display framing, artisanal shelving, and a welcoming, high-end farm-style retail atmosphere.

Fresh food retail requires strict hygiene certifications, durable moisture-resistant surfaces, and specialized MEP connections for commercial refrigeration, deli slicers, and bakery display warming counters. The store was located in a tight neighborhood retail strip requiring quiet delivery logistics.
